I've put the drawings away for a while and have gotten back into embroidery. Hooray!
This is what I've been working on this week!
 |
I wanted to do a Bonnie Bonnet in cheerful colors. |
 |
I plan to use DMC 760 for her dress and DMC 761 for the apron. |
 |
And here she is finished. She's not as colorful as I had originally planned. I guess I need more practice utilizing brighter colors. In the weeks to come, I might go back and add dots and dashes to her underdress like I did with the blue one. |
Until another day,
Have a Happy, Stitching Day!
I really like the way you embroidered her. I'm doing one now, and am rusty on my work, not looking so good to me. I have torn out quite a few stitches.
ReplyDeleteGreat job, she's darling.
Thanks, Molly! And good luck with your Bonnie. Have a great day!
