Redwork Pitcher and Cups Towel

Here is another little embroidery project I've been working on.  The lines look a little heavy because I used 3-ply thread on this one because I plan to put it to good use drying dishes.  It's actually a towel I've already been using, I felt it needed a little decoration.

I've always liked this pattern!  It reminds me of the big, red Kool-Aid pitcher guy from the commercials during my childhood years.

That's all for today.  I hope you all are having a good summer, wherever you are!
Until next time, have a happy vintage day!

  1. I love this pattern too. May I ask where it can be found? Love your blog as well!

    1. Hi Jane Doe, I found the pattern in my Aunt Martha stash. The package is a yellow envelope which makes me think it might be an older one but it still transferred okay. The pattern package is #3528--Animated Dish Motifs. Thanks for visiting!
